Yoga for a Midday Reset
Yoga for a Midday Reset
We will warm up, stretch, and release built-up energy during the first 45 minutes of gentle vinyasa, followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra to rest, rejuvenate, and recharge.
Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practiced while lying comfortably. You remain aware as your body enters a state of deep rest between waking and sleeping. The practice uses body awareness, breathing, and guided imagery to help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve focus, and promote deep rest and relaxation.
