Drumming is a universal activity that can be enjoyed by everyone regardless of age, origin, talent, or ability. It is all inclusive and unites us with one common thread- The Love of The Beat! These classes are fun and easy. Basic strikes and 3-4-part rhythms are taught through interactive and enthusiastic sessions facilitated by instructor, Nancy Brauhn-Curnes. Drumming can provide many benefits including increased focus, memory and the reduction of tension, anxiety, and stress. Most important, it’s just plain fun! Drums and percussion instruments are provided.
