Shotokan karate training helps increase physical fitness, confidence, improved motor skills, flexibility, speed, concentration, discipline & personal safety. Classes are taught by Senseis Benjamin “Yama” Ott and Rick Heeder. Senseis Yama and Rick have a combined 40 years of martial arts experience and hold the ranks of Sandan (3rd degree black belt) and Nidan(2nd degree black Belt. We are affiliated with the International Shotokan Karate Federation. Comfortable gym clothing, preferably without pockets for your first classes. A traditional white Karate uniform (Gi) provided by the student is recommended. **No class on 12/24
