Tai Chi builds on Qigong’s foundation and extends the principles into a series of graceful, flowing movements. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi improves one’s balance, coordination, and mindfulness, while also benefiting physical and mental well-being. Qigong provides the energetic and mental groundwork for Tai Chi, supporting your ability to move with greater awareness, fluidity, and power. This class is to discover the power of mindful, relaxed movement and inner energy in the Tai Chi form & Qigong practice.
Whether you’re new to this or experienced, this class will guide you through the basics and help you experience the harmony of body and mind that Qigong and Tai Chi can offer!
