Senior Center Alignment Based Yoga - 488021

This yoga class offers clear instruction in alignment aimed at the health of the spine and joints. Careful sequencing will guide you through your yoga experience. Practicing yoga improves body awareness, flexibility, strength, balance, and relaxation. Participants must be able to get up and down off the floor safely since we explore reclining, sitting, and standing poses.
