Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga - 443155

This practice is deeply healing for the physical body and the nervous system allowing the body and mind to rest, unwind, and repair. During the 1.5-hour Restorative Yoga class we use props and support for our bodies to release tension, enhance flexibility, and calm the nervous system. Tibetan bowls, candlelight, gentle guidance, and soft music set the tone and create a cozy atmosphere for anyone with or without yoga experience

If you like, you can stay for tea for a few minutes after the class and enjoy the extra time in peace and calm. Bring a yoga mat (if you have one), two blankets, and any other yoga props you might have. This class is limited to 15 people, so please register early.
