Explore life on the plains with the First Nations and how they lived. From the Mississippi River to the Rocky Mountain, from Canada to Mexico many tribes lived in the Great Plains. This trunk contains lesson plans and activities to go along with the artifacts. Artifacts in this kit are: war club, stone hand axe, projectile points, bone and stone scrappers, beaded clothing, porcupine quills, sinew, drum and beater, and parfleche.
Trunks can be picked up on Saturday between 12:00pm and 2:30pm. The Museum is closed on Sundays for the foreseeable future. Trunks need to be returned by 10:00am the following Saturday morning.

Cancellations must be made at least two weeks prior to the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the program start date are subject to a 50% fee, less than 1 week are subject to a 75% fee. No refunds on or after the scheduled pick up day.
